There was no elaborate plan — just a belief that Mysuru deserved a neighbourhood bakery that treated freshness as non-negotiable. The taste, freshness and quality of what came out of that first oven turned into word of mouth, and word of mouth turned into a queue. Today the same family — now with son N. Ruthvik involved in the business — runs 10 outlets across the city.

Shree Royal Warrior Bakery opened its doors on 7th August 2019, in a small shop near the Kuvempunagar Bus Depot, started by M.S. Narayan and his wife Shailaja Narayan.

The First Shop Opens
Near the Kuvempunagar Bus Depot, M.S. Narayan and Shailaja Narayan open the very first Shree Royal Warrior Bakery outlet.
2019 – 2021
Word Spreads Across Mysuru
Consistent quality and fresh daily baking turn a neighbourhood favourite into a citywide name, with new outlets in Gokulam, Hebbal, Siddarthanagar and J.P. Nagar.
2022
10th Outlet — Agrahara
The 10th outlet opens on New Sayyaji Rao Road at Agrahara, inaugurated by the Mysuru Hotel Owners Association.
